136- منظمة العمل الدولية - في الدورة 289 لمجلس إدارة منظمة العمل الدولية، اعتمد المجلس المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالسلامة والصحة في مجال تكسير السفن لبلدان آسيوية منتقاة وتركيا التي توفر إطارا متجانسا يمكن فيه للحكومات وأرباب العمل والعاملين تحسين الصحة والسلامة المهنيتين في أحواض تكسير السفن.

Convention concerning on the Safety and Health in Agriculture, adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 89th session, in Geneva on 21 June 2001;
(و) الاتفاقية الخاصة بالسلامة والصحة في القطاع الزراعي التي وافق عليها مؤتمر العمل الدولي خلال دورته التاسعة والثمانين في جنيف في 21 حزيران/يونيه 2001؛

206. The draft convention has relevance to the work undertaken in the context of other international instruments, in particular the Basel Convention and the ILO Guidelines on Safety and Health in Shipbreaking for Asian countries and Turkey.
206 - ولمشروع الاتفاقية صلة بالعمل الذي جرى الاضطلاع به في سياق صكوك دولية أخرى، لا سيما اتفاقية بازل والمبادئ التوجيهية الصادرة من منظمة العمل الدولية والمعنية بالسلامة والصحة في مجال تكسير السفن لبلدان آسيوية منتقاة وتركيا.

(b) To improve working conditions of miners, especially mine health and safety, having regard to the Convention concerning Safety and Health in Mines (Convention No. 176) of the International Labour Organization, including in artisanal and small-scale mining;
(ب) تحسين ظروف عمل عمال المناجم، لا سيما تحسين أحوال الصحة والسلامة داخل المناجم، واحترام اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية المتعلقة بالسلامة والصحة في المناجم (الاتفاقية رقم 176)، بما في ذلك التعدين الحِرَّفي صغير النطاق؛

270. The Hong Kong Convention has relevance to the work undertaken in the context of other international instruments, in particular the Basel Convention and the ILO guidelines on Safety and Health in shipbreaking for Asian countries and Turkey.

2. The International Catholic Child Bureau (ICCB) recommends ratifying the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, and joint submission 1 recommends ratifying the International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention concerning Safety and Health in Mines (No. 176).
2- يوصي المكتب الكاثوليكي الدولي للطفولة بالتصديق على الميثاق الأفريقي لحقوق الطفل ورفاهه(3)، وتوصي الورقة المشتركة 1 بالتصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية المتعلقة بالسلامة والصحة في المناجم (رقم 176)(4).

Governments must ratify the ILO Conventions on Occupational Health and Safety (No. 155), on Chemicals (No. 170), and on Safety and Health in Agriculture (No. 184), as well as the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants;

The employer shall also ensure that no employee is subjected to injustice in his/her occupation, e.g. regarding safety and health at work, working terms or the assessment of his/her performance, due to the fact that he/she has complained about sexual harassment or discrimination on the basis of gender.
