54. The Commission secretariat gathers, promotes and disseminates information on registered partnerships that are implementing sustainable development around the world, facilitates discussions and offers opportunities for contributions to be showcased at the Commission's regular sessions.

52 - تقوم أمانة لجنة التنمية المستدامة بجمع وتطوير ونشر المعلومات المتعلقة بالشراكات المسجلة التي تنفذ أنشطة بشأن التنمية المستدامة حول العالم، وبتيسر المناقشات، وإتاحة الفرص لإبراز المساهمات في الدورات العادية للجنة.

The responses also referred to the rights pertaining to " registered partnerships " , but since those were presumably available only to same-sex couples, further reform would be welcome in that area.
وأضافت أن الردود تشير أيضاً إلى الحقوق المتصلة " بالشراكات المسجلة " ، ولكن لما كانت تلك العلاقات من المفترض أنها غير متاحة إلا للزوجين من نفس الجنس، فإنه سيكون من المرحب به أي إصلاح إضافي في هذا المجال.

Therefore the Committee proposes an amendment of the Adoption Act and the Act on registered partnerships so that the registered partners are given a possibility for inter-family adoption (adoption by stepparent) and a possibility to adopt a child in the couple's immediate circle of relatives or friends whose own parents are dead.
ولهذا تقترح اللجنة تعديل قانون التبني والقانون المعني بالشراكات المسجلة بحيث يكون بإمكان الشريكين المسجلين التبني فيما بين الأسر (قيام شريك الوالد بالتبني) وتبني طفل من الدائرة المباشرة للأقارب والأصدقاء يكون والداه قد توفيا.
