3- تسعى كل دولة طرف الى اجراء تقييم دوري لما هو موجود من صكوك قانونية وممارسات عمومية ذات صلة، بغية تبيّن مدى تعرضها للفساد والأفعال الاجرامية المتصلة بالفساد على وجه التحديد.

4- تسعى كل دولة طرف الى صوغ وتقييم مشاريع وطنية وارساء وترويج ممارسات وسياسات فُضلى تستهدف منع الفساد والأفعال الاجرامية المتصلة بالفساد على وجه التحديد.

تنطبق هذه الاتفاقية، باستثناء ما تنص عليه خلافا لذلك، على منع الفساد والأفعال الإجرامية المتصلة بالفساد على وجه التحديد والتحري عنها وملاحقة مرتكبيها، بصرف النظر عما اذا كان الضالعون فيها موظفين عموميين أو كانت قد ارتكبت أثناء مزاولة نشاط تجاري.

3- تسعى الدول الأطراف الى صوغ وتقييم مشاريع وطنية وارساء وترويج الممارسات والسياسات الفُضلى الرامية الى منع الفساد والأفعال الاجرامية المتصلة بالفساد على وجه التحديد.

3. States Parties shall endeavour to cooperate within their means to respond to corruption and criminal acts related specifically to corruption committed through the use of modern technology.
3- تسعى الدول الأطراف إلى التعاون، في حدود إمكانياتها للتصدي للفساد والأفعال الإجرامية ذات الصلة بالفساد على وجه التحديد التي ترتكب باستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة.

Pursuant to article 31 of the AC Law, " [t]he use of measures to counter the corruption of any government staff who commits an offence [relating to corruption] is based on the severity of the offence.
وفقا للمادة 31 من قانون مكافحة الفساد، " يتوقف ما يتخذ من تدابير للتصدِّي لفساد أي موظف حكومي يرتكب جريمة [تتصل بالفساد] على مدى خطورة هذه الجريمة.

1. States Parties shall endeavour, in accordance with fundamental principles of their domestic law, to reduce existing or future opportunities for engaging in corruption and criminal acts related specifically to corruption, involving the private sector through appropriate legislative, administrative or other measures.
1- تسعـى الدول الأطراف، وفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، الى تقليص() الفرص المتاحة حاليا أو مستقبلا لضلوع القطاع الخاص في الفساد وفي الأفعال الإجرامية المتصلة بالفساد على وجه التحديد،() من خلال تدابير تشريعية أو إدارية أو تدابير أخرى.

(a) To promote [propagate] [encourage] and strengthen measures to prevent [detect] combat [and eradicate] [more efficiently and effectively] corruption [in all its forms] [and criminal acts and other offences related specifically to corruption];
(أ) ترويج [نشر] [تشجيع] وتدعيم التدابير الرامية إلى منع [وكشف] ومكافحة [واستئصال] الفساد [بكل أشكاله] و [الأفعال الإجرامية وسائر الجرائم المتصلة بالفساد على وجه التحديد]، [بصورة أكفأ وأنجع]؛

(a) To promote and strengthen measures to prevent and combat corruption and criminal acts related specifically to corruption more effectively;
(أ) ترويج وتعزيز التدابير الرامية الى منع ومكافحة الفساد والأفعال الإجرامية المتصلة بالفساد على وجه التحديد بصورة أكثر فعالية؛

(d) Preventing the misuse of legal persons for corruption or criminal acts related specifically to corruption, inter alia, through the establishment of public records on legal and natural persons involved in the establishment, management and funding of legal persons.
(د) منع اساءة استخدام الهيئات الاعتبارية في ارتكاب أفعال فساد أو أفعال إجرامية ذات صلة بالفساد على وجه التحديد، بوسائل منها انشاء سجلات عمومية عن الهيئات الاعتبارية والأشخاص الطبيعيين الضالعين في انشاء هيئات اعتبارية وادارتها وتمويلها.

64. The Special Rapporteur heard allegations of corruption at lower levels of law enforcement, which, if verified, undeniably impedes the effective identification of trafficked persons and the successful prosecution of offenders.
64- واستمعت المقررة الخاصة إلى مزاعم تتعلق بالفساد على المستويات الدنيا من إنفاذ القانون، وهي مزاعم، إذا ثبتت، تعيق بالتأكيد النجاح في تحديد ضحايا الاتجار وملاحقة المجرمين.
