In its resolution 53/208 B on the pattern of conferences and subsequent resolutions and decisions thereon, the latest of which was resolution 63/248, the General Assembly reiterated with concern its request to the Secretary-General to ensure that the rules concerning the simultaneous distribution of documents in all six official languages are strictly respected.

The rules on simultaneous distribution of hard copies and the posting on websites of documents in all official languages must be adhered to, as the General Assembly had reiterated in its resolution 55/222.
كما ينبغي الالتزام بالقواعد المتصلة بتزامن توزيع الوثائق من النسخ المطبوعة ووضعها على موقع الأمم المتحدة بالنسبة لجميع اللغات الرسمية، التزاما بما كررت الجمعية العامة التأكيد عليه في قرارها 55/222.

The Commission was informed that UNCTAD was currently interested in cooperating with the Commission with respect to rules relating to electronic commerce.

Her delegation would therefore prefer to include a " without prejudice " clause in respect of the rules relating to such persons.
