Pursuant to article 12, paragraph 2 of the statute of the International Tribunal for Rwanda, the members of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 shall also serve as the members of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for Rwanda.
وعملا بالفقرة ٢ من المادة ٢١ من النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا، يكون أعضاء دائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الدولية لمحاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي التي ارتكبت في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة منذ عام ١٩٩١، هم أيضا أعضاء دائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الدولية لرواندا.

7. In accordance with article 12 of the Statute of the Tribunal, the five judges of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 shall also serve as members of the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
٧ - ووفقا للمادة ١٢ من النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة يكون القضاة الخمسة لدائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الدولية لمحاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي التي ارتكبت في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابق، منذ عام ١٩٩١، هم أيضا أعضاء دائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا.

3 I certify that the appended financial statements of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991, numbered I to IV, are correct.

(j) With regard to the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia, the Council established a list of candidates for the Tribunal, on the basis of which the General Assembly elected 11 judges for a 4-year term; the Council also appointed the Prosecutor of the Tribunal.

Recalling its decision 48/461 of 23 December 1993, by which it authorized the Secretary-General to enter into commitments not exceeding $5.6 million for the first six months of 1994 in respect of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991,

8. Article 12, paragraph 2, of the statute provides that the members of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (the " International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia " ) shall also serve as the members of the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
٨ - وتقضي الفقرة ٢ من المادة ١٢ بأن يكون أعضاء دائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الدولية لمحاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي التي ارتكبت في اقليم يوغوسلافيا السابق منذ عام ١٩٩١ )المشار اليها فيما بعد باسم المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة( هم أيضا أعضاء دائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الدولية لرواندا.
