3 - وقد تلقت الأمانة، استجابة لهذه الدعوة، معلومات عن تطبيق التوجيه الخاص بالمساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئياً من الأطراف التالية: البرازيل، بوروندي، الجمهورية التشيكية، فنلندا وسلوفاكيا.

By paragraph 2 of decision SC-2/9, the Conference of the Parties requested the Secretariat to submit a report based on the information to be provided pursuant to paragraph 1 of the same decision and any other pertinent information on progress in the application of the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technology.
5 - وقد طلب مؤتمر الأطراف في الفقرة 2 من المقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/9 من الأمانة أن تقدم تقريراً يستند إلى المعلومات التي تقدم طبقاً للفقرة 1 من نفس المقرر وأي معلومات أخرى ذات صلة بالتقدم المحرز في تطبيق التوجيه الخاص بالمساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً.

Activities to be undertaken by the centres shall be in accordance with the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies set out in the annex to decision SC -1/15 of the Conference of the Parties and provided in the appendix to the present annex.

Priority consideration should be given to the provision of technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies relevant to the areas listed in paragraph 10 of the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies contained set forth in the annex to decision SC-1/15.

To invite Parties, relevant international organizations and non-governmental organizations to provide information to the Secretariat on their experiences in implementing the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of technology adopted by the Conference of the Parties in decision SC1/15;
(ج) أن يدعو الأطراف، والمنظمات الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ذات الصلة إلى تقديم معلومات إلى الأمانة عن تجاربها بشأن تنفيذ التوجيه المتعلق بالمساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15؛

To request the Secretariat to submit a report on progress in the application of the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technology, based on the information to be provided pursuant to paragraph (c) above and any other pertinent information;
(د) أن يطلب إلى الأمانة تقديم تقرير عن التقدم المحرز في تطبيق التوجيه المتعلق بالمساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً، استناداً إلى المعلومات التي ستقدم وفقاً للفقرة (ج) أعلاه والمعلومات الأخرى ذات الصلة؛

Regional and subregional centres must have highly qualified technical personnel with recognized competence in the area of expertise in capacity capacity-building or technology transfer, in one or more of the areas listed in paragraph 10 of the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies contained set forth in the annex to decision SC-1/15.

Paragraph 2 of the terms of reference for regional and subregional centres for capacitybuilding and transfer of technology provides that the centres shall undertake activities in accordance with the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies set out in the annex to decision SC 1/15 .
6 - تنص الفقرة 2 من اختصاصات المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا على أن تقوم المراكز بالأنشطة طبقاً للتوجيهات المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً الواردة في مرفق مقرر " اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15 " .

The centres should have adequate support in this regard in accordance with paragraph 31 below. To request the Secretariat to develop a draft strategy for delivering technical assistance and transfer of technology, taking into account the guidance on technical assistance and transfer of environmentally sound technologies set out in the annex to decision SC-1/15 and also the priorities and needs identified by the Conference of the Parties for consideration by the Conference at its forth meeting;
(ب) أن يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تضع مشروع استراتيجية لتقديم المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا، مع مراعاة التوجيه الخاص بالمساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئياً الوارد في مرفق المقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/15 وكذلك الأولويات والحاجات التي حددها مؤتمر الأطراف لكي ينظر فيه المؤتمر في اجتماعه الرابع؛
