The Committee also calls upon the State party to implement measures aimed at eliminating polygamy, as called for in the Committee's general recommendation No. 21 on equality in marriage and family relations.

38. The Committee recalls its general recommendation No. 21 on equality in marriage and family relations and its general recommendation No. 30 and urges the State party:
38 - تذكِّر اللجنة بتوصيتها العامة رقم 21 المتعلقة بالمساواة في الزواج والعلاقات الأسرية وتوصيتها العامة رقم 30، وتحث الدولة الطرف على ما يلي:

34. The Committee recalls its general recommendation No. 21 on equality in marriage and family relations and its general recommendation No. 30 and recommends that the State party:
٣٤ - وتذكِّر اللجنة بتوصيتها العامة رقم 21 المتعلقة بالمساواة في الزواج والعلاقات الأسرية وبتوصيتها العامة رقم 30، وتوصي الدولة الطرف بما يلي:

(b) Abolishing polygamy in accordance with the Committee's general recommendation No. 21 (1994) on equality in marriage and family relations.
(ب) إلغاء تعدد الزوجات وفقاً للتوصية العامة للجنة رقم 21(1994) المتعلقة بالمساواة في الزواج والعلاقات الأسرية.

(a) Discourage and prohibit polygamous marriage in practice and in law, in accordance with the Committee's general recommendation No. 21 on equality in marriage and family relations (1994);
(أ) عدم التشجيع على تعدد الزوجات وحظره من الناحية العملية والقانونية وفقاً لتوصية اللجنة العامة رقم 21 المتعلقة بالمساواة في الزواج والعلاقات الأسرية (1994)؛

46. The Committee recommends, in accordance with its general recommendation No. 21 on equality in marriage and family relations and general recommendation No. 29 on the economic consequences of marriage, family relations and their dissolution, that the State party:

The Committee urges the State party to take proactive and innovative measures, including full domestication of the Convention, to remove contradictions among the three legal systems and to ensure that any conflict of law with regard to women's rights to equality and non-discrimination are resolved in full compliance with the provisions of the Convention and general recommendation 21 on equality in marriage and family relations.
296 - وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ تدابير استباقية ومبتكرة، منها إدماج الاتفاقية محليا بشكل كامل وإزالة التناقضات بين النظم القانونية الثلاثة وضمان تسوية أي تنازع للقوانين بشأن حق المرأة في المساواة وعدم التمييز بطريقة تمتثل امتثالا كاملا لأحكام الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة 21 للجنة المتعلقة بالمساواة في الزواج والعلاقات الأسرية.
