The Panel notes that these Governing Council decisions relate to claims in categories " A " , " B " , " C " and " D " , whereas " bedoun " claims do not belong to any of these claims categories.
ويلاحظ الفريق أن مقرري مجلس الإدارة المشار إليهما يتصلان بالمطالبات من الفئات " ألف " و " باء " و " جيم " و " دال " في حين أن مطالبات " البدون " لا تندرج في أي من هذه الفئات.

1. Decides, pursuant to article 41 of the Rules, to correct the amounts of the approved awards for Governments with respect to claims in categories " A " , " C " and " D " .
1- يقرر، عملاً بأحكام المادة 41 من القواعد، تصويب مبالغ التعويضات الموافق عليها للحكومات فيما يتعلق بالمطالبات من الفئات " ألف " ، و " جيم " ، و " دال " ().

However, in accordance with its decision 23, regarding claims in categories " A " , " B " , " C " and " D " that were submitted after 1 January 1995, the Council limited acceptance for filing to only those that demonstrated " strong and compelling reasons " as to why the claims could not have been filed earlier than 1 January 1995.
غير أن المجلس، عملا بمقرره ٢٣ المتعلق بالمطالبات من الفئات ألف وباء وجيم ودال المقدمة بعد ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٥، حصر قبول التقديم بمن يبرهن على " وجود أسباب قوية وقاهرة " منعته من تقديم المطالبة قبل ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٥.

Decides, pursuant to article 41 of the Rules, to correct the amounts of the approved awards for Governments with respect to claims in categories " A " , " C " , and " D " .
يقرر، عملاً بأحكام المادة 41 من القواعد، تصويب مبالغ التعويضات الموافق عليها للحكومات فيما يتعلق بالمطالبات من الفئات " ألف " و " جيم " و " دال " (2).

Decides that the final date for the receipt of such requests for claims in categories " D " , " E " and " F " that have been approved by Governing Council decisions taken in or prior to June 2003 be set as 31 December 2003,
1- يقرر أن يحدد يوم 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003 موعداً نهائياً لتلقي الطلبات الخاصة بالمطالبات من الفئات " دال " و " هاء " و " واو " ، التي تمت الموافقة عليها بموجب مقررات مجلس الإدارة المتخذة في حزيران/يونيه 2003 أو قبل هذا التاريخ؛

2- يقرر أيضاً أن يحدد موعداً نهائياً لتلقي الطلبات الخاصة بالمطالبات من الفئات " دال " و " هاء " و " واو " ، التي يوافَق عليها بموجب مقررات مجلس الإدارة المتخذة بعد حزيران/يونيه 2003، بعد مرور 180 يوماً على كل مقرر واجب التطبيق من مقررات مجلس الإدارة تلك؛
