58- ويتعين أن تكون طلبات التعاون الدولي لأغراض المصادرة أو الضبط مطابقة للشروط المبيّنة في الفقرة 15 من المادة 18، التي تنص على أن طلب المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة في قضية اتّجار بالممتلكات الثقافية ينبغي أن يتضمن، في جملة أمور، وصفا للمساعدة الملتمسة، مما يؤكّد الفائدة التي قد يعود بها سجل مفصل بالممتلكات الثقافية المسروقة في مجال استرداد الموجودات.
