وفي هذا الصدد، أعاد الوزراء التأكيد كذلك على تمسكهم بالمواقف المبدئية المبينة في البيان المتعلق بفلسطين، الذي اعتمدته اللجنة المعنية بفلسطين خلال مؤتمر القمة الرابع عشر المعقود في أيلول/سبتمبر 2006، والاجتماع الوزاري لمكتب التنسيق لحركة عدم الانحياز المعقود في نيويورك في أيلول/ سبتمبر 2007.

227. Consistent with and guided by the aforementioned principled positions and affirming the need to promote, defend and preserve these positions, the Ministers agreed to:

21- وإدراكاً منهم للمخاطر الشديدة والتهديدات الجدية التي تثيرها الأعمال والتدابير التي تسعى إلى تقويض أحكام القانون الدولي والصكوك القانونية الدولية، وكذلك اتساقاً واسترشاداً بالمواقف المبدئية للحركة في هذا الشأن، وافق الوزراء على اتخاذ تدابير من بينها ما يلي:

His delegation objected to the exploitation of the work of the Third Committee to advance States' political aims and welcomed the positions of principle stated by some delegations against politically-motivated draft resolutions.
ويعارض وفده استغلال عمل اللجنة الثالثة لتحقيق أهداف سياسية للدول، ويرحب بالمواقف المبدئية التي أعلنت عنها بعض الوفود ضد مشاريع القرارات ذات الدوافع السياسية.

In this regard, they further reaffirmed their adherence to the principled positions set forth in the Declarations on Palestine adopted by the NAM Committee on Palestine during the XV Summit as well as during previous and subsequent Ministerial Conferences and Meetings.
وفى هذا الصدد، أعادوا التأكيد كذلك على تمسكهم بالمواقف المبدئية المبينة في الإعلانات المتعلقة بفلسطين، التي اعتمدتها " لجنة فلسطين " في مؤتمر القمة الخامس عشر، وكذلك خلال المؤتمرات الوزارية السابقة واللاحقة.

The Ministers reaffirmed their adherence to the principled positions adopted in this regard, including in the Declarations on Palestine adopted by the Committee on Palestine on 25 September 2007 in New York as well as on 16 September 2006 in Havana during the XIV Summit Conference of Heads of State or Government, and the clear positions concerning Palestine adopted by all other previous Summits and Ministerial Conferences of the Movement.
وأكد الوزراء مجددا التزامهم بالمواقف المبدئية المتخذة في هذا الخصوص، بما في ذلك المواقف الواردة في الإعلانين الصادرين بشأن فلسطين اللذين اعتمدتهما لجنة فلسطين في 25 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007 في نيويورك، وفي 16 أيلول/سبتمبر 2006 في هافانا خلال مؤتمر القمة الرابع عشر لرؤساء الدول والحكومات، والمواقف الواضحة المتعلقة بفلسطين التي اتخذت في سائر مؤتمرات القمة والمؤتمرات الوزارية السابقة للحركة.

In this regard, they further reaffirmed their adherence to the principled positions set forth in the Declarations on Palestine adopted by the NAM Committee on Palestine during the XIV Summit, the XV Ministerial Conference and the Ministerial Meeting of the Coordinating Bureau held in Havana in April 2009.
وفى هذا الصدد، أعاد رؤساء الدول والحكومات التأكيد كذلك على تمسكهم بالمواقف المبدئية المبينة في البيان المتعلق بفلسطين، الذي اعتمدته اللجنة المعنية بفلسطين في مؤتمر القمة الرابع عشر والمؤتمر الوزاري الخامس عشر لحركة بلدان عدم الانحياز والاجتماع الوزاري لمكتب التنسيق المعقود في هافانا في نيسان/أبريل 2009.

The Government would continue to uphold public opinion in its endeavours to improve the protection and promotion of human rights and adhere to the positions of principle that reflected a consensus of the views that were widely held in the country.
وستواصل الحكومة دعم الرأي العام في مساعيها الرامية على تحسين حماية وتعزيز حقوق الإنسان والتمسك بالمواقف المبدئية التي تعبر عن توافق في وجهات النظر السائدة في البلد على نطاق واسع.
