(ii) Entry into force for the Party concerned of an amendment to Annex D where the source becomes subject to the provisions of this Convention only by virtue of that amendment;

The national action plan shall, no later than one year after the entry into force of this Convention for the Party, be submitted to the Secretariat for distribution to the Parties.

5. Each Party shall discourage the manufacture of mercury-added products for uses not covered by any known use of mercury-added products prior to the date of entry into force of this Convention for the Party.
5 - على كل طرف أن يثني عن تصنيع المنتجات المضاف إليها الزئبق للاستخدامات غير المشمولة بأي استعمال معروف للمنتجات المضاف إليها الزئبق قبل تاريخ دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيّز النفاذ بالنسبة للطرف.

(ii) Entry into force for the Party concerned of an amendment to Annex F where the source becomes subject to the provisions of this Convention only by virtue of that amendment;

9. Article 28, paragraph 4: Examining a witness through telecommunication rather than in the physical presence at the hearing makes a significant difference, particularly for the Party intending to cross-examine it.
9- المادة 28، الفقرة 4: أن يُستجوب الشاهد من خلال وسائل الاتصال عن بعد وليس بحضوره شخصيا في جلسة الاستماع يفرّق كثيرا وخصوصا بالنسبة للطرف الذي ينوي استجوابه.

5. Decides that the adjustment procedure shall result in estimates that are conservative for the Party included in Annex I to the Convention concerned so as to ensure that emissions are not underestimated [and removals by sinks] and base year emissions are not overestimated [and, at the same time, are not unreasonably exaggerated];
5- يقرر أن يفضي إجراء التعديل إلى تقديرات تكون معتدلة بالنسبة للطرف المعني المدرج في المرفق الأول بالاتفاقية من أجل ضمان ألا تقدر الانبعاثات بأقل من حجمها وألا تقدّر [عمليات الإزالة بواسطة البواليع] انبعاثات سنة الأساس بأكثر من حجمها [وفي نفس الوقت ألا يبالغ فيها بشكل غير معقول]؛

When the Convention enters into force for it the Party should send a note to this effect, identifying the proposal and the date of submission.
وعندما تدخل الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ بالنسبة للطرف فإنه ينبغي لذلك الطرف أن يرسل مذكرة بهذا الخصوص، محدداً المقترح وتاريخ التقديم.

The meeting document prepared by the Secretariat also contains draft recommendations on each party setting forth actions that the Committee might wish to recommend in respect of the Party.
