19. Also decides that the decrease in the staff assessment income of 103,300 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2001 shall be set off against the credits from the unencumbered balance referred to in paragraphs 17 and 18 above;
19 - تقرر أيضا، آخذة في الاعتبار النقصان في الإيرادات الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين البالغ 300 103 دولار بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2001، أن يُـخصم من المبالغ التي تقيـد لحسابها من الرصيد غير المربـوط المشار إليه في الفقرتين 17 و 18 أعلاه؛

20. Further decides, taking into account its voluntary contribution for the financial period ended 30 June 2001, that one third of the net unencumbered balance in the amount of 319,470 dollars and other income in the amount of 560,000 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2001 shall be returned to the Government of Cyprus;
20 - تقرر كذلك، آخذة في الاعتبار تبرع حكومة قبرص بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2001، أن يردّ ثلث الرصيد غير المربـوط البالغ 470 319 دولارا والإيرادات الأخرى البالغة 000 560 دولار بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2001 إلى حكومة قبرص؛

21. Decides, taking into account its voluntary contribution for the financial period ended 30 June 2001, that the prorated share of the net unencumbered balance in the amount of 150,460 dollars and other income in the amount of 263,740 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2001 shall be returned to the Government of Greece;
21 - تقــرر، آخذة في الاعتبار تبرع حكومة اليونان بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2001، أن تُــردّ الحصة التناسبية من الرصيــد غيــر المربـوط البالغة 460 150 دولارا والإيرادات الأخرى بمبلغ 740 263 دولارا بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2001 إلى حكومة اليونان؛

18. Further decides that the decrease of 817,500 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2002 shall be set off against the credits from the amounts referred to in paragraphs 16 and 17 above;
18 - تقرر كذلك أن يخصم الانخفاض في الإيرادات الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين البالغ 500 817 دولار بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2002، من المبالغ التي تقيد لحسابها من الرصيد غير المربوط المشار إليه في الفقرتين 16 و 17 أعلاه؛

10. Decides also that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, their share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the amount of 99,287,600 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2005 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 9 above;
10 - تقرر أيضا، بالنسبة للدول الأعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه البعثة، أن تخصم من التزاماتها غير المسددة حصتها من الرصيد الحر والإيرادات الأخرى البالغة 600 287 99 دولار بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2005، وفقا للخطة المبينة في الفقرة 9 أعلاه؛

11. Decides further that, the decrease of 1,339,800 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2005 shall be set off against the credits from the amount of 99,287,600 dollars referred to in paragraphs 9 and 10 above;
11 - تقرر كذلك، أن يخصم النقصان البالغ 800 339 1 دولار في الإيرادات التقديرية الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين، بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2005، من الأرصدة المحققة من مبلغ 600 287 99 دولار المشار إليه في الفقرتين 9 و 10 أعلاه؛

(b) The amount of 7,097,000 dollars in excess of the authorized level of the Peacekeeping Reserve Fund in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2006, to be applied to the resources required for the financial period from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2008;
(ب) أن يُستعمل المبلغ 000 097 7 دولار الزائد على المستوى المأذون به للصندوق الاحتياطي لحفظ السلام بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2006 في تمويل الموارد المطلوبة للفترة المالية الممتدة من 1 تموز/يوليه 2007 إلى 30 حزيران/ يونيه 2008؛

5. 5 - تقرر أيضا، بالنسبة للدول الأعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه البعثة، أن تخصم من التزاماتها غير المسددة حصتها من الرصيد غير المرتبط به والإيرادات الأخرى البالغة 600 519 141 دولار بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2006، وفقا للخطة المبينة في الفقرة 4 أعلاه؛

6. Decides further that the decrease of 378,900 dollars in the estimated staff assessment income in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2006 shall be set off against the credits from the amount of 141,519,600 dollars referred to in paragraphs 4 and 5 above;
6 - تقرر كذلك أن يُخصم النقصان البالغ 900 378 دولار في الإيرادات التقديرية الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين، بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2006، من الأرصدة المتبقية من مبلغ 600 519 141 دولار المشار إليه في الفقرتين 4 و 5 أعلاه؛

(b) The amount of 7,322,600 dollars representing the excess of the authorized level of the Peacekeeping Reserve Fund in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2008, to be applied to the resources required for the financial period from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010;
(ب) يُستخدم المبلغ 600 322 7 دولار الذي يمثل الفائض عن المستوى المأذون به للصندوق الاحتياطي لعمليات حفظ السلام بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/ يونيه 2008، لتوفير الموارد اللازمة للفترة المالية من 1 تموز/يوليه 2009 إلى 30 حزيران/ يونيه 2010؛

(b) The amount of 7,097,000 dollars in excess of the authorized level of the Peacekeeping Reserve Fund in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2006, to be applied to the resources required for the financial period from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2008;
(ب) يستعمل مبلغ 000 097 7 دولار الزائد على المستوى المأذون به للصندوق الاحتياطي لعمليـات حفظ السلام، بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2006، في تمويل الموارد المطلوبة للفترة المالية من 1 تموز/يوليه 2007 إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2008؛

(c) The amount of 62,800 dollars representing the excess of the appropriation for the support account requirements in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007, to be applied to the resources required for the financial period from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010;
(ج) يُستخدم المبلغ 800 62 دولار الذي يمثل الفائض عن الاعتمادات المخصصة لاحتياجات حساب الدعم بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2007، لوفير الموارد اللازمة للفترة المالية من 1 تموز/يوليه 2009 إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2010؛

19. Also decides that, taking into account the decrease in the staff assessment income of 103,300 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2001, there shall be set off among Member States the amount of 53,410 dollars against the credits from the unencumbered balance referred to in paragraphs 17 and 18 above;
19 - تقرر أيضا، آخذة في الاعتبار الانخفاض في الإيرادات الآتية من الاقتطاعات الإلزامية لمرتبات الموظفين البالغ 300 103 دولار بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2001، أن يُـخصم فيما بين الدول الأعضاء مبلغ 410 53 دولارات من المبالغ التي تقيـد لحسابها من الرصيد غير المربـوط المشار إليه في الفقرتين 17 و 18 أعلاه؛

186. As required under the Financial Regulations and Rules of the United Nations, which are applicable in this matter in the absence of any specific rules in the Financial Rules of UNHCR, the Administration reported 19 cases of fraud and presumptive fraud to the Board of Auditors for the financial period ended 31 December 2003.
186 - حسبما يقتضيه النظام المالي والقواعد المالية للأمم المتحدة، الساريان بالنسبة لهذه المسألة في غياب أي قواعد محددة في القواعد المالية للمفوضية، أبلغت الإدارة مجلس مراجعي الحسابات عن 19 حالة غش وغش افتراضي بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003.

186. As required under the Financial Regulations and Rules of the United Nations, which are applicable in this matter in the absence of any specific rules in the Financial Rules of UNHCR, the Administration reported 19 cases of fraud and presumptive fraud to the Board of Auditors for the financial period ended 31 December 2003.
186- حسبما يقتضيه النظام المالي والقواعد المالية للأمم المتحدة، الساريان بالنسبة لهذه المسألة في غياب أي قواعد محددة في القواعد المالية للمفوضية، أبلغت الإدارة مجلس مراجعي الحسابات عن 19 حالة غش وغش افتراضي بالنسبة للفترة المالية المنتهية في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003.

13. for the financial period ended 31 December 2007, the Board issued nine modified reports with emphasis of matter paragraphs and no qualified opinions, compared to three reports with emphasis of matter paragraphs for the financial period ended 31 December 2005.
