In order to achieve this objective, the group divided its work up into various tasks: designing and setting up a website, creating a publication and shaping public opinion; plotting to expand the organization globally, creating branches around the world; and posting numerous essays on the Internet and using rumour and libel to subvert the authority of the State and to overthrow the socialist system.
وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الغرض، قَسمت المجموعة عملها إلى مهام متنوعة: تصميم المواقع الشبكية وإنشاؤها وإنتاج المنشورات والتأثير في الرأي العام؛ والتآمر لتوسيع المنظمة عالمياً وإنشاء فروع لها حول العالم؛ ونشر مقالات عديدة عبر الإنترنت واستخدام الإشاعات والتشهير لتقويض سلطة الدولة والإطاحة بالنظام الاشتراكي.

"
6- وقد احتُجز جين وزانغ جنائياً في 13 آذار/مارس 2001 بواسطة أفراد من مكتب أمن الدولة في بيجين بشبهة " التحريض على تقويض سلطة الدولة " بموجب المادة 105(1) من قانون العقوبات للجمهورية الشعبية الذي يجرّم " تنظيم أو تدبير أو تنفيذ مخطط لتقويض سلطة الدولة أو الإطاحة بالنظام الاشتراكي " .
