ويؤيد وفد بلدي البيان الذي أدلت به ممثلة أنتيغوا وبربودا بالنيابة عن مجموعة الـ 77 والصين، والبيان الذي أدلى به ممثل بنغلاديش بالنيابة عن أقل البلدان نموا.

Let me also align myself with the statement delivered by the Minister of the Republic of the Marshall Islands on behalf of the Pacific small island developing States and the statement delivered by the Permanent Representative of Bangladesh to the United Nations on behalf of the least developed countries.
واسمحوا لي أيضا أن أعرب عن تأييدي للبيان الذي أدلى به وزير جمهورية جزر مارشال بالنيابة عن البلدان الجزرية الصغيرة النامية في منطقة المحيط الهادي والبيان الذي أدلى به الممثل الدائم لبنغلاديش لدى الأمم المتحدة بالنيابة عن أقل البلدان نموا.

My delegation would like, first of all, to associate itself with the statements presented by the State Minister for Economic Affairs of Pakistan on behalf of the Group of 77 and China and by the Honourable Finance Advisor of Bangladesh on behalf of the least developed countries.

The representative of Benin, speaking on behalf of the least developed countries, expressed concern that Africa might not meet the MDGs because of falling per capita incomes, a lack economic diversification and increasing marginalization.
5 - وتكلم ممثل بنن بالنيابة عن أقل البلدان نموا فأعرب عن القلق من احتمال ألاّ تبلع أفريقيا الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية بسبب هبوط الدخل للفرد الواحد فيها، وقلة التنويع الاقتصادي، وتزايد التهميش.
