In order to provide an ongoing update of information related to AIJ, the secretariat could prepare a compilation report for each of the subsidiary bodies' regularly scheduled meetings, in addition to the annual progress report to be prepared for meetings of the COP.
١٣- يمكن لﻷمانة أن تُعد تقريراً تجميعياً لتوفير معلومات مستوفاة متصلة باﻷنشطة المنفذة تنفيذاً مشتركاً لكل واحد من الاجتماعات المقررة بانتظام للهيئتين الفرعيتين، وذلك بالاضافة إلى التقرير المرحلي الذي سيعد لاجتماعات مؤتمر اﻷطراف.

At its third session, the SBSTA requested the secretariat to prepare a list of methodological issues related to activities implemented jointly.
٧٢- طلبت الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في دورتها الثالثة إلى اﻷمانة، أن تعد قائمة بالقضايا المنهجية المتصلة باﻷنشطة المنفذة تنفيذاً مشتركاً.

It was further agreed that, in exchange, agenda item 8 on activities implemented jointly be considered on Monday, 28 July 1997.

The secretariat is awaiting the adoption of the uniform reporting format in order to integrate information on activities implemented jointly under the pilot phase into the CC:INFO products, notably CC:INFO/WEB and CC:INFO database and report.

It has also submitted documents to the SBSTA on various subjects related to activities implemented jointly (AIJ) under the pilot phase, organized three workshops on methodological issues related to AIJ, and convened various meetings and events on AIJ in the margins of official sessions of the UNFCCC.

To refer sub-items 5 (c) on development and transfer of technologies and 5 (d) on activities implemented jointly to both the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) and the SBI, requesting the Chairmen of the two bodies to propose to the Bureau a coordinated or integrated approach for the consideration of those topics by the two bodies, including with respect to their proposed work programmes;
