In connection with the recommendations of the General Committee on the general debate, I would like to give the floor to the representative of the Secretariat.

With respect to the OIOS report on air safety standards, the Group noted the recommendations of OIOS and would like to follow up on the issue during the Committee's informal consultations.
وفيما يتعلق بتقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية بشأن معايير السلامة الجوية، فقد أحاطت المجموعة علما بتوصيات المكتب وتود أن تتابع تناول هذه المسألة أثناء المشاورات غير الرسمية للجنة.

18. The recommendations of OIOS regarding the Headquarters Committee on Contracts were welcome, as was the acceptance of those recommendations, although the European Union noted that one of them was still under consideration.

He welcomed the OIOS recommendations for remedial action, and trusted that improvements would be apparent in the next report on the subject.

Inter alia, the Commission may wish to take note of the recommendations of the Bureau concerning the provisional agenda, organization of work and working methods for the thirty-third session of the Commission.
