1. In the field of transport and trade facilitation, the work undertaken by UNCTAD since the first session of the Trade and Development Commission reflects the mandate on transport and trade facilitation, as set out in the Accra Accord.

19- ينبغي أن يواصل الأونكتاد رصد وتحليل القضايا والتطورات المتعلقة بتيسير النقل والتجارة الدوليين وآثارها في البلدان النامية، مع التركيز على الحالة الخاصة للبلدان النامية غير الساحلية وبلدان المرور العابر النامية وأقل البلدان نمواً، والاحتياجات الخاصة لمشاريعها الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم.

UNCTAD should continue to undertake comparisons of current practices in developing countries with international standards in international transport and trade facilitation; contribute to creating and strengthening institutional mechanisms in developing countries designed to integrate transport and trade facilitation into the development process.
26- ينبغي للأونكتاد مواصلة إجراء مقارنات بين الممارسات الراهنة في البلدان النامية والمعايير الدولية المتعلقة بتيسير النقل والتجارة الدوليين؛ والإسهام في إنشاء وتعزيز آليات مؤسسية في البلدان النامية تصمم لإدماج تيسير النقل والتجارة في عملية التنمية.
