18- بمقتضى هذه المادة، تتعهد الدول الأطراف بتقديم المساعدة القضائية بعضها إلى بعض في جميع مسائل الإجراءات الجنائية المتعلقة بجريمة التعذيب وما لـه صلة بها من الجرائم المتمثلة في محاولة ممارسة التعذيب والتواطؤ والمشاركة فيه.
