While welcoming the State party's efforts to combat violence against children at school, on the Internet, and in other contexts, the Committee is concerned about the lack of information, including statistics, about the extent of violence against children in the family, including corporal punishment, in the State party.

214. The Committee, while acknowledging the State party's efforts in this respect, notes with concern that indigenous communities continue to face serious difficulties in the enjoyment of their rights, especially economic, social and cultural rights.

Moreover, noting the information about the State party's effort to provide humanitarian assistance to Rohingya refugees coming into the State party, the Committee expresses concern at reports of some potential refugees being turned back at sea.
