The Committee recommends that the State party seek to reinforce the necessary infrastructure and develop a systematic approach to increasing public awareness of the participatory rights of children and encourage respect for the views of the child within the family, communities, schools, and care, administrative and judicial systems.
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالسعي لتعزيز المرافق الأساسية اللازمة وأن تطور نهجاً منتظماً يتوخى منه تنمية الوعي العام بحقوق الأطفال في المشاركة ويشجع على احترام آراء الطفل داخل الأسرة والمجتمعات المحلية والمدارس وفي إطار نظم الرعاية والنظم الإدارية والقانونية.

It also recommends that the State party develop a nationwide campaign to increase public awareness of the participatory rights of children, particularly at the local level and in traditional communities, and encourage respect for the views of the child in families, schools, and the care, administrative and judicial systems.
وتوصي أيضاً بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف بحملة على الصعيد الوطني لإذكاء الوعي لدى الجمهور بحقوق الأطفال في المشاركة وخاصة على المستويات المحلية وضمن إطار المجتمعات التقليدية، وبأن تشجع على احترام آراء الطفل داخل الأسرة وفي المدارس وفي نظم الرعاية والنظم الإدارية والقضائية.

56. Noting the activities of the Government related to the participatory rights of children in education at those levels, the Committee encourages the State party to take effective measures to enhance children's participation in, inter alia, educational activities concerning them.
56- وإذ تحيط اللجنة علماً بأنشطة الحكومة المتعلقة بحقوق الأطفال في المشاركة في التعليم على تلك المستويات، فإنها تشجع الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لتعزيز مشاركة الأطفال، بين جملة أمور، في الأنشطة التعليمية المتعلقة بهم.

495. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that children's views are given due consideration, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention, in the family, at schools, in the courts and in all relevant administrative and other processes concerning them through, inter alia, the adoption of appropriate legislation and a nationwide campaign to increase public awareness of the participatory rights of children.
495- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تكفل إيلاء آراء الأطفال الاعتبار الواجب، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 12 من الاتفاقية، في الأسرة والمدارس والمحاكم وفي جميع العمليات الإدارية وغيرها من العمليات ذات الصلة بهم، وذلك بواسطة جملة أمور، من بينها اعتماد تشريع مناسب وشن حملة وطنية لزيادة وعي الجمهور بحقوق الأطفال في المشاركة.
