11. Requests the Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants to continue to report on practical solutions, including by identifying best practices and concrete areas and means for international cooperation, in order to enhance the protection of human rights of migrants.

At its 48th plenary meeting, on 22 July 2004, the Economic and Social Council took note of Commission on Human Rights resolution 2004/53 of 20 April 2004289 and endorsed the Commission's request to the Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants to submit a report on her activities to the General Assembly at its fifty-ninth session and to the Commission at its sixty-first session.
