79 - في القرار 18/8 المؤرخ 29 أيلول/سبتمبر 2011، طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان إلى آلية الخبراء المعنية بحقوق الشعوب الأصلية أن تعد دراسة بشأن دور اللغات والثقافة في تعزيز وحماية حقوق وهوية الشعوب الأصلية.

1. In resolution 21/24, the Human Rights Council requested the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples to prepare a study on access to justice in the protection and promotion of the rights of indigenous peoples and to present it to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-fourth session.
1- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في قراره 21/24، إلى آلية الخبراء المعنية بحقوق الشعوب الأصلية أن تعدّ دراسة بشأن الوصول إلى العدالة في مجال تعزيز وحماية حقوق الشعوب الأصلية، وأن تقدمها إليه في دورته الرابعة والعشرين.

In its resolution 12/13, the Human Rights Council requested the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples to carry out a study on indigenous peoples and the right to participate in decision-making and to present a progress report to the Council at its fifteenth session, and a final study to the Council at its eighteenth session.

In its resolution 24/10, the Human Rights Council requested the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples to prepare a study on the promotion and protection of the rights of indigenous peoples in natural disaster risk reduction and prevention and preparedness initiatives, including consultation and cooperation with the indigenous peoples concerned in the elaboration of national plans for natural disaster risk reduction.
طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان في القرار 24/10 إلى آلية الخبراء المعنية بحقوق الشعوب الأصلية أن تعد دراسة عن تعزيز وحماية حقوق الشعوب الأصلية في المبادرات الرامية إلى الحد من أخطار الكوارث الطبيعية ومنعها والتأهب لها، تشمل التشاور والتعاون مع الشعوب الأصلية المعنية في وضع خطط وطنية للحد من أخطار الكوارث الطبيعية.
