Sexual rights include the right of individuals to achieve the highest attainable standard of sexual health; to have control over and decide freely on matters related to their sexuality and reproduction; and to obtain all necessary services, education and information to enable them to do so, without fear of violence, coercion or discrimination, including on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

(a) Promote and protect the sexual and reproductive rights of all people, including the right of women, men and young people to have control over and make decisions freely and responsibly about all matters related to their sexuality, free from coercion, discrimination and violence;
(أ) تعزيز وحماية الحقوق الجنسية والإنجابية لجميع الأشخاص، بما في ذلك حقوق النساء والرجال والشباب في التحكم والبت بحرية وبروح من المسؤولية في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بحياتهم الجنسية دونما إكراه، أو تمييز أو عنف.

We call upon policymakers, decision makers, Governments, donors, the private sector, civil society and all young people to make every effort to work hand-in-hand in realizing and achieving the goals of the International Conference on Population and Development and the Millennium Development Goals towards creating an enabling environment, so that all young people are empowered to enjoy their sexuality and protect themselves from harm.
ونهيب بمقرري السياسات وصانعي القرارات والحكومات والجهات المانحة والقطاع الخاص والمجتمع المدني وجميع الشباب أن يبذلوا قصاراهم للعمل يدا في يد على تحقيق أهداف المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية والأهداف الإنمائية للألفية صوب إيجاد بيئة مواتية حتى يتمكن كافة الشباب من التمتع بحياتهم الجنسية وحماية أنفسهم من الأذى.
