The Committee also noted that the Assembly may wish to consider the above measures, and the possible priority mitigation of increases in their assessment rates, in future, through voluntary burden shifting for Member States which have fulfilled payment plans.

IV. Multi-year payment plans 78. In paragraph 1 of its resolution 57/4 B, the General Assembly endorsed the conclusions and recommendations of the Committee concerning multi-year payment plans (see A/57/11, paras. 17-23), which provided that:
