The Criminal Code also prescribes special forms of this criminal offence if has been committed in relation to a juvenile, if grievous bodily injury was inflicted on a person during the commission or if the death of a person has occurred or if the offence has been committed in organized manner.
كما تنص المدونة الجنائية على أشكال خاصة من هذه الجرائم إذا ما ارتكبت ضد حدث، أو إذا ما ألحقت إصابة بدنية جسيمة بشخص أثناء اقتراف الفعل، أو إذا ما توفي الشخص، أو إذا ما اقتُرف الفعل بطريقة منظمة.

" (1) If due to acts referred to in Articles 327, paragraphs 1 to 3, 328, paragraphs 1 and 2, 329, paragraphs 1 and 2, 330, paragraph 1, and Article 333 of the present Code a heavy bodily injury is inflicted upon a person or large scale property damage is done, the perpetrator shall be punished by an imprisonment sentence of one to eight years.

(c) Under circumstances in which his action is likely to create a grave risk of death or serious bodily injury to persons.
)ج( في ظروف يرجح أن يؤدي فيها عمله الى تعريض اﻷشخاص لخطر شديد يزهق أرواحهم أو يلحق بهم إصابات بدنية جسيمة.

The same action which: (a) caused serious bodily injury or damage to health;
(أ) إذا تسبب في إصابة بدنية جسيمة أو الإضرار بالصحة إضراراً فادحاً؛

The offender shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of eight to fifteen years accompanied by forfeiture of property as the court deems fit, or by an exceptional sentence, if by the act described in paragraph 1 he or she causes serious bodily harm.
(2) ويُعاقب المجرم بالسجن مدة ثماني إلى خمس عشرة سنة، مع مصادرة ممتلكاته، إذا رأت المحكمة ذلك، أو بأي عقوبة استثنائية، إذا أسفر الفعل المذكور في الفقرة 1 عن أضرار بدنية جسيمة.

Another serious form (paragraph 3) occurs if the acts from par. 1 and 2 resulted in serious bodily injury or serious damage to health or were committed against a minor.

(3) If a perpetrator commits an act referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article through threats due to which a heavy bodily injury is inflicted or property damaged to a large extent, the offender shall be punished by an imprisonment sentence of two to ten years.
(3) إذا ارتكب الجاني فعلا مشارا إليه في الفقرتين 1 و 2 من هذه المادة باستخدام تهديدات ينجم عنها إصابة بدنية جسيمة أو يُلحق جرّاءها ضرر بالغ بالممتلكات، يُعاقب مرتكب هذا الفعل بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين عامين وعشر سنوات.
