وبما أن حياة الشعب ورفاهه وحيويته تعتمد على كونه في حالة بدنية وذهنية جيدة، تعتبر الصحة عاملا محددا في قدرة السكان على المشاركة في كل مجالات الحياة العامة والخاصة.

(أ) توافر خدمات رعاية وحماية بدنية وذهنية وصحية خاصة للأطفال تأخذ في اعتبارها المتطلبات الجنسانية وتلائم عمر الطفل ومستوى نضجه واحتياجاته من أجل الحيلولة دون تعريض الطفل ضحية العنف لمزيد من المعاناة والصدمات النفسية وتعزيز تعافيه الجسدي والنفسي وإعادة إدماجه في المجتمع؛

(أ) توافرَ خدمات رعاية وحماية بدنية وذهنية وصحية خاصة للأطفال تأخذ في اعتبارها المتطلبات الجنسانية وتلائم عمر الطفل ومستوى نضجه واحتياجاته من أجل الحيلولة دون تعريض الطفل ضحية العنف لمزيد من المعاناة والصدمات النفسية وتعزيز تَعافيه الجسدي والنفسي وإعادة إدماجه في المجتمع؛

(a) To ensure the availability for children of special services, physical and mental health care and protection that take account of gender and are appropriate to the age, level of maturity and unique needs of the child in order to prevent further hardship and trauma and promote the physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of child victims of violence;
(أ) ضمان توافر خدمات رعاية وحماية بدنية وذهنية وصحية خاصة للأطفال تأخذ في اعتبارها المتطلبات الجنسانية وتلائم عمر الطفل ضحية العنف ومستوى نضجه واحتياجاته الفريدة من أجل الحيلولة دون تعريضه لمزيد من المعاناة والصدمات النفسية وتعزيز تَعافيه الجسدي والنفسي وإعادة إدماجه في المجتمع؛

The Support Centre for Persons with Disabilities is a nationwide voluntary organization whose main goal is to assist adults and children with physical and intellectual disabilities, protect their rights and interests, help them into work, and to facilitate their social, vocational and physical rehabilitation, and integration into society.
287- ومركز دعم الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة منظمة طوعية وطنية يتمثل هدفها الرئيسي في مساعدة الكبار والأطفال المصابين بإعاقات بدنية وذهنية وحماية حقوقهم ومصالحهم ومساعدتهم في الحصول على عمل وتيسير رد اعتبارهم الاجتماعي وإعادة تأهيلهم مهنياً وبدنياً ومساعدتهم على الاندماج في المجتمع.
