11. The freedom to worship or assemble in connection with a religion or belief and the freedom to make, acquire and use the necessary articles and materials related to the rites or customs of a religion or belief is also frequently infringed.
11- في الكثير من الأحيان تُنتهك أيضاً حرية ممارسة العبادة أو عقد الاجتماعات المتصلة بدين أو معتقد ما، وكذلك حرية صنع واقتناء واستعمال المواد والأشياء الضرورية المتصلة بطقوس أو عادات دين أو معتقد ما.

9. Calls upon all States to recognize, as provided in the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief, the right of all persons to worship or assemble in connection with a religion or belief and to establish and maintain places for these purposes;
٩ ـ تطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تعترف بحق جميع اﻷشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع فيما يتعلق بدين أو معتقد ما، وفي إنشاء أماكن وصيانتها لهذه اﻷغراض، وذلك على نحو ما يقضي به إعلان القضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو المعتقد؛

The freedom from coercion to have or to adopt a religion or belief and the liberty of the parents and guardians to ensure religious and moral education cannot be restricted.
ولا يجوز تقييد تحرر الفرد من اﻹرغام على أن يدين بدين أو معتقد أو أن يعتنق دينا أو معتقدا، وحرية اﻵباء واﻷوصياء في كفالة التربية الدينية أو اﻷخلاقية ﻷبنائهم.

6. Calls upon all States to recognize, as provided in the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief, the right of all persons to worship or assemble in connection with a religion or belief, and to establish and maintain places for those purposes;
٦ - تطلب الى جميع الدول أن تعترف بحق جميع اﻷشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع فيما يتعلق بدين أو معتقد ما، وإنشاء أماكن وصيانتها لهذه اﻷغراض، وذلك على نحو ما يقضي به الاعلان المتعلق بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو المعتقد؛

٦ - تطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تعترف بحق جميع اﻷشخاص في العبادة أو التجمع فيما يتعلق بدين أو معتقد ما، وإنشاء أماكن وصيانتها لهذه اﻷغراض، وذلك على نحو ما يقضي به اﻹعلان المتعلق بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو المعتقد؛

(h) To ensure, in particular, the right of all individuals to worship, assemble or teach in connection with a religion or belief and their right to establish and maintain places for these purposes, and the right of all individuals to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in these areas;
(ح) أن تكفل على وجه خاص حق جميع الأفراد في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس لأغراض تتعلق بدين أو معتقد وحقهم في إقامة وصيانة الأماكن المهيأة لهذه الأغراض، وحق جميع الأفراد في التماس المعلومات والأفكار في هذه المجالات وتلقيها ونشرها؛

(h) To ensure, in particular, the right of all individuals to worship, assemble or teach in connection with a religion or belief and their right to establish and maintain places for these purposes, and the right of all individuals to seek, receive and impart information and ideas in these areas;
(ح) أن تكفل بوجه خاص حق جميع الأفراد في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس لأغراض تتعلق بدين أو معتقد وحقهم في إقامة وصيانة الأماكن المهيأة لهذه الأغراض، وحق جميع الأفراد في التماس المعلومات والأفكار في هذه المجالات وتلقيها ونشرها؛

(ح) أن تكفل بوجه خاص حق جميع الأفراد في العبادة أو التجمع أو التدريس لأغراض تتعلق بدين أو معتقد وحقهم في إقامة وصيانة الأماكن المهيأة لهذه الأغراض، وحق جميع الأشخاص في التماس معلومات وأفكار في هذه المجالات وفي تلقيها ونشرها؛

For instance, according to article 6 (a) of the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief, the right to freedom of thought, conscience, religion or belief includes the freedom, " to worship or assemble in connection with a religion or belief, and to establish and maintain places for these purposes " .
فالمادة 6(أ) من الإعلان بشأن القضاء على جميع أشكال التعصب والتمييز القائمين على أساس الدين أو المعتقد()، على سبيل المثال، تنص على أن الحق في حرية الفكر أو الوجدان أو الدين أو المعتقد تشمل حرية " ممارسة العبادة أو عقد الاجتماعات المتصلة بدين أو معتقد ما وإقامة وصيانة أماكن لهذه الأغراض " .

That the originator of a religion or belief may have had a very broadminded approach, but not the subsequent interpretation of the said religion or belief, should also be taken into consideration.
وينبغي أيضاً أن لا يغرب عن البال أنّه حتى إذا كان الشخص الذي أتى بدين أو معتقد يتسم بسعة النظر، فإن ذلك لا يعني بالضرورة أن النهج الذي سيُؤخذ به لاحقاً لتفسير ذاك الدين أو المعتقد سيكون نهجاً قائماً على أساس بُعد النظر ونُبل القصد.
