1. Subsequent to the issuance of documents IDB.41/15-PBC.29/15 and PBC.29/CRP.3, the Secretariat received a communication from the Permanent Mission of Thailand, dated 4 September 2013, announcing the withdrawal of Ms. Prapee Ankinandana of Thailand as a candidate for the appointment of an External Auditor.
