1 - أن يحث تلك الأطراف على العمل مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة في إطار برنامج المساعدة على الامتثال ومع الوكالات المنفذة في الصندوق متعدد الأطراف لإبلاغ البيانات على نحو عاجل للأمانة؛

1. To urge those Parties to work together with the United Nations Environment Programme under its compliance assistance programme and with other implementing agencies of the Multilateral Fund to report the data as soon as possible to the Secretariat;
1 - أن يحث تلك الأطراف على العمل مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة في إطار برنامج المساعدة على الامتثال التابع له ومع الوكالات المنفذة في الصندوق متعدد الأطراف لإبلاغ البيانات إلى الأمانة بأسرع وقت ممكن؛

To urge these Parties to work together with the United Nations Environment Programme under the Compliance Assistance Programme and with other Implementing Agencies of the Multilateral Fund to report data as quickly as possible to the Secretariat, and to request the Implementation Committee to review the situation of these Parties with respect to data reporting at its next meeting.
4 - أن يحث هذه الأطراف على العمل مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة في إطار برنامج المساعدة على الامتثال، ومع الوكالات المنفذة الأخرى للصندوق متعدد الأطراف على إبلاغ الأمانة ببياناتها في أسرع وقت ممكن، وأن يطلب إلى لجنة التنفيذ أن تستعرض حالة هذه الأطراف فيما يتعلق بإبلاغ البيانات في اجتماعه المقبل.

The activities of UNEP under this priority area will support the establishment of research capability in the area of energy, including support for research, development and utilization of renewable sources of energy, and will assist in effective monitoring of energy resources, especially biomass.
ستــدعم اﻷنشطة التي يضطلع بها برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة في إطار هـذا المجال ذي اﻷولوية دعم عملية تأسيس القــدرة البحثية في مجال الطاقــة، بما فــي ذلك دعم أنشطة البحث والتطوير والاستغلال المتعلقة بمصادر الطاقة المتجددة، وستساعد على الرصد الفعال لموارد الطاقة، وخاصة الكتلة الحيوية.

Some suggestions favoured the strengthening of UNEP within its current mandate, while there was significant support for upgrading UNEP to a specialized agency.

The activities of UNEP under this priority area are also closely related to the Programme of Action priority area entitled " Coastal and marine resources " as they support the development of concepts, methodologies and tools for integrated coastal zone management.
إن أنشطة برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة في إطار هذا المجال ذي اﻷولوية لها صلة وثيقة أيضا ببرنامج عمل المجال ذي اﻷولويــة " المــوارد الساحليــة والبحرية " نظرا ﻷنها تدعـم تطويــر المفاهيم والطرائق والوسائـل لتحقيق إدارة متكاملة للمناطق الساحلية.

The Johannesburg Plan of Implementation accords prominent attention to the work being undertaken by UNEP within the framework of the rRegional sSeas pProgramme and the Global Programme of Action for the Prevention of Pollution from on Land-bBased Sources of Pollution.
وتسند خطة جوهانسبرج للتنفيذ اهتماماً بارزاً للأعمال التي يضطلع بها برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة في إطار برنامج البحار الإقليمية وبرنامج العمل العالمي لتلافي الملوثات من المصادر البرية.
