42- وإلى جانب التصديق على المعاهدات وعلى بروتوكولاتها الاختيارية يجب إعطاء الأولوية للتطبيق الفعلي للمعاهدات على الصعيد الداخلي عن طريق القيام بجهود التوعية والتدريب والإعلام، التي يمكن أن تشمل إيفاد الخبراء في زيارات أو تنفيذ مشاريع تعزيز القدرات المؤسسية أو حتى أنشطة التثقيف ونشر المعارف.

4. The Committee welcomes the ratification of or accession to all core United Nations human rights treaties and, with a few exceptions, their optional protocols.
4- وترحب اللجنة بالتصديق أو التوقيع على جميع معاهدات الأمم المتحدة الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان، وباستثناءات قليلة، وعلى بروتوكولاتها الاختيارية.

3. 21. Mexico is a signatory to the nine core international human rights treaties and their optional protocols and recognizes the competence of all related monitoring bodies to receive individual complaints and communications and to conduct investigations.

In both cases, assessment and determination should be carried out with full respect for the rights contained in the Convention and its Optional Protocols.
