Two corresponding decisions on capacity-building relating to the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol in developing countries and in economies in transition were adopted, setting up a framework for activities in those areas.
واتخذ في هذا الصدد مقرران بشأن بناء القدرات المتعلقة بتنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو في البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية، يحددان إطارا للأنشطة التي سيُضطلع بها في هذه المناطق.

In addition, decision 29/CMP.1 on capacity-building relating to the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol in developing countries and decision 30/CMP.1 reaffirmed the framework for capacitybuilding and presented priority areas specifically for the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol.
3- وفضلاً عن ذلك، أعاد المقرر 29/م أإ-1 المتعلق ببناء القدرات المتصلة بتنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو في البلدان النامية والمقرر 30/م أإ-1 التأكيد على إطار بناء القدرات وعرضا مجالات الأولويات المحددة لتنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو.

The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP), by its decision 29/CMP.1, decided that the framework for capacity-building adopted under decision 2/CP.7 is applicable to the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol and reaffirmed its role in guiding capacity-building activities relating to the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol in developing countries.
8- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو، بموجب مقرره 29/م أإ-1، انطباق إطار بناء القدرات المعتمد بموجب المقرر 2/م أ-7 على تنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو وأكد مجدداً دوره في توجيه أنشطة بناء القدرات ذات الصلة بتنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو في البلدان النامية.

Decides that capacity-building relating to the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol in developing countries within the scope of the framework reaffirmed in this decision should be provided to enhance the ability of developing countries to participate effectively in project activities under the clean development mechanism, such as those priority areas listed below;
2- يقرر ضرورة بناء القدرات فيما يتصل بتنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو في البلدان النامية ضمن الإطار المعاد تأكيده في هذا المقرر من أجل تعزيز قدرة البلدان النامية على المشاركة الفعالة في أنشطة المشاريع في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة، مثل المجالات ذات الأولوية المذكورة أدناه؛

The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, by its decision 29/CMP.1, requested the secretariat to take into account in its reports efforts made on capacity-building relating to the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol in developing countries.
وقد طلب مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو، بموجب مقرره 29/م إأ-1، إلى الأمانة أن تراعي في تقاريرها الجهود المبذولة في مجال بناء القدرات فيما يتصل بتنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو في البلدان النامية.

By the same decision, it invited Parties to submit to the secretariat their views on specific thematic issues related to capacity-building for the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol in developing countries to be considered at the 2nd meeting of the Durban Forum.
ودعا() المؤتمر الأطراف في المقرر نفسه إلى موافاة الأمانة بآرائها بشأن مسائل مواضعية محددة متصلة ببناء القدرات لتنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو في البلدان النامية لكي ينظر فيها الاجتماع الثاني لمنتدى ديربان.

2. The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP), by decisions 29/CMP.1 and 6/CMP.2, requested the secretariat to take into account, in its annual synthesis report, capacity-building activities relating to the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol in developing countries.
2- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو (مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف)، في مقرريه 29/م أإ-1 و6/م أإ-2، إلى الأمانة أن تأخذ في الاعتبار، في تقريرها التوليفي السنوي، أنشطة بناء القدرات ذات الصلة بتنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو في البلدان النامية.

At its 9th meeting, on 9 - 10 December, the COP/MOP, acting upon a recommendation by the SBI, adopted decision 29/CMP.1 entitled " Capacity-building relating to the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol in developing countries " (FCCC/KP/CMP/2005/8/Add.4).
64- وبناء على توصية من الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ()، اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو، في جلسته التاسعة المعقودة في 9 و10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر، المقرر 29/م أإ-1 المعنون " بناء القدرات فيما يتصل بتنفيذ بروتوكول كيوتو في البلدان النامية " FCCC/KP/CMP/2005/8/Add.4)).
