Requests the Executive Board, taking into consideration the submissions by Parties referred to in paragraph 32, to report to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its second session:
33- يطلب إلى المجلس التنفيذي، آخذاً في حسبانه المواد المقدمة من الأطراف المشار إليها في الفقرة 32، أن يقدم تقريرا إلى مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو في دورته الثانية يتضمن ما يلي:

The secretariat received a letter dated 17 November 2006 from the Government of the Republic of Belarus which confirmed the consent of Belarus, in accordance with Article 21, paragraph 7, of the Kyoto Protocol, regarding the adoption of the amendment to Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its second session.
1- تلقت الأمانة من حكومة جمهورية بيلاروس رسالة مؤرخة 17 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006 أكدت فيها قبول بيلاروس، وفقاً للفقرة 7 من المادة 21 من بروتوكول كيوتو، باعتماد تعديل المرفق باء ببروتوكول كيوتو من قبل مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو في دورته الثانية.

Accordingly, the Subsidiary Body sought inputs from interested entities elaborating practical solutions to address the aforementioned implications so that they could be considered in the preparation of a draft decision on the issue for adoption by Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its second session, to take place in November 2006.
52- وبناء عليه، التمست الهيئة الفرعية مدخلات من الكيانات المعنية تبلور حلولا عملية لمعالجة الآثار المذكورة آنفا بحيث يمكن النظر فيها أثناء إعداد مشروع مقرر عن القضية لكي يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف الذي يعمل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو في دورته الثانية والتي ستعقد في تشرين ا لثاني/نوفمبر 2006.
