99 - ودعا الوزراء الأطراف في اتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي إلى التعجيل بعملياتها الوطنية للتصديق على بروتوكول ناغويا بشأن الحصول على الموارد الجينية والتقاسم العادل والمنصف للمنافع الناشئة عن استخدامها، وذلك لكفالة دخوله حيز النفاذ في وقت مبكر.

9. Encourages the Global Environment Facility to continue supporting the implementation of the three objectives of the Convention, especially its work on assisting the early entry into force of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from Their Utilization;
9 - تشجع مرفق البيئة العالمية على مواصلة دعم تنفيذ أهداف الاتفاقية الثلاثة، ولا سيما ما يبذله من جهود من أجل بدء سريان بروتوكول ناغويا بشأن الحصول على الموارد الجينية وتقاسم المنافع الناشئة عن استغلالها تقاسما عادلا ومنصفا، في وقت مبكر؛
