IV. Activities and accomplishments 22. The business plan defined five priority activity tracks under which the Task Force organized its work in 2004: benchmarking progress in the use of ICT-for-development; promoting a dialogue on Internet governance and other policy issues; promoting an enabling environment; supporting ongoing partnerships; and strengthening supporting activities, especially fundraising.
