Resolution of the European Parliament on the situation in Abkhazia, Georgia, dated 12 November 1996
قرار البرلمان اﻷوروبي بشأن الحالة في أبخازيا بجورجيا، المؤرخ ١٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٦

In the same resolution, the Secretary-General was requested to continue to keep the Council regularly informed and to report within three months on the situation in Abkhazia, Georgia, including the operations of UNOMIG.
وفي نفس القرار، طُلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل إبقاء المجلس على علم بصورة منتظمة، وأن يقدم في حدود فترة ثلاثة أشهر تقريرا بشأن الحالة في أبخازيا بجورجيا، بما في ذلك عمليات بعثة مراقبي اﻷمـم المتحـدة في جورجيـا.

“16. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to keep the Council regularly informed and to report after three months from the date of the adoption of this resolution on the situation in Abkhazia, Georgia, including the operations of the Observer Mission;

“8. Recalls the conclusions of the Budapest summit of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (S/1994/1435, annex) regarding the situation in Abkhazia, Georgia, and affirms the unacceptability of the demographic changes resulting from the conflict;
