21. In February 2013, Mr. El Jamri participated in an international meeting on migrant workers in the Middle East and North African regions, held in Tunis; and in March 2013, the Chairperson participated in a seminar on migration in North Africa and West Africa, held in Dakar.
21- وفي شباط/فبراير 2013، شارك السيد الجمري في اجتماع دولي بشأن العمال المهاجرين في منطقتيْ الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، عُقد في تونس. وفي آذار/مارس 2013، شارك الرئيس في حلقة دراسية بشأن الهجرة في شمال أفريقيا وغرب أفريقيا عُقدت في داكار.

A number of other ILO standards of general application and those containing specific provisions on migrant workers in the areas of employment, labour inspection, social security, protection of wages, occupational safety and health, as well as in such sectors as agriculture, construction, hotels and restaurants, and domestic work, are of particular importance to migrant workers in an irregular situation.
ويكتسي عدد من معايير منظمة العمل الدولية ذات التطبيق العام والمعايير التي تتضمن أحكاماً محددة بشأن العمال المهاجرين في مجالات العمالة وتفتيش العمل والضمان الاجتماعي وحماية الأجور والسلامة والصحة المهنيتين، وكذلك في قطاعات مثل الزراعة والبناء والفنادق والمطاعم والعمل المنزلي، أهمية خاصة بالنسبة للعمال المهاجرين الذين هم في وضع غير نظامي.

It also notes with appreciation the General Collective Agreement between the Azerbaijan Confederation of Trade Unions, the Cabinet of Ministers and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) meant to obtain information on migrant workers in Azerbaijan and abroad, as well as improve the relevant legislation.
كما تحيط علماً مع التقدير بالاتفاق الجماعي العام المبرم بين اتحاد نقابات أذربيجان ومجلس الوزراء والاتحاد الوطني لأصحاب المشاريع (أصحاب العمل) المراد به الحصول على معلومات بشأن العمال المهاجرين في أذربيجان والخارج، إلى جانب تحسين التشريعات ذات الصلة.
