25. The reference to private international law in article 10, paragraph 1, should be deleted, as private international law was intended to resolve conflicts between applicable laws and did not provide rules on Jurisdiction.

(d) To consider ratifying the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction of 1980 and the Hague Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Cooperation in Respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children of 1996;
(د) دراسة إمكانية التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي لعام 1980 بشأن الجوانب المدنية لاختطاف الأطفال على الصعيد الدولي، واتفاقية لاهاي بشأن الولاية القانونية والقانون المنطبق والاعتراف والتنفيذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية والتدابير لحماية الأطفال، لعام 1996؛

44. The Committee recommends that the State party consider ratifying the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions relating to Maintenance Obligations, the Convention on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations, and the Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Cooperation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children.
44- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالنظر في التصديق على الاتفاقية بشأن الاعتراف بالأحكام المتعلقة بالالتزام بالنفقة وتنفيذها، والاتفاقية بشأن القانون المنطبق على التزامات النفقة تجاه الأطفال، والاتفاقية بشأن الولاية القانونية والقانون المنطبق والاعتراف والتنفيذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية والتدابير لحماية الأطفال.
