The Department organizes and services the meetings of experts on the United Nations Programme in public administration and finance and the meetings of national recruitment services and of national fellowship services.
١٥٠ - وتقوم اﻹدارة بتنظيم وخدمة اجتماعات الخبراء بشأن برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة لﻹدارة العامة والمالية العامة، واجتماعات دوائر التوظيف الوطنية، وخدمات المنح الدراسية الوطنية.

Annex IV of the Concluding Document contained the recommendation that the Assembly should decide to endorse the report of the Secretary-General on the United Nations Programme of fellowships on disarmament, to continue the programme and to increase the number of fellowships from 20 to 25 from 1983 onwards.
ويتضمن المرفق الرابع من وثيقة الاختتام توصية بأن تقرر الجمعية العامة الموافقة على تقرير اﻷمين العام بشأن برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للزمالات المتصلة بنزع السلاح، وأن تواصل البرنامج وأن تزيد عدد الزمالات من ٢٠ الى ٢٥ بدءا من سنة ١٩٨٣ فصاعدا.

On the basis of a survey of views of Member States on the United Nations Programme on Space Applications, the Office for Outer Space Affairs will concentrate its activities on the priority areas of space applications identified by Member States, such as disaster relief and mitigation, protection of the environment and land and water resource management, which will contribute to sustainable development at the regional and global levels.
واستنادا إلى دراسة استقصائية ﻵراء الدول اﻷعضاء بشأن برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للتطبيقات الفضائية، سيركز مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي أنشطته على المجالات ذات اﻷولوية في التطبيقات الفضائية التى حددتها الدول اﻷعضاء مثل اﻹغاثة من الكوارث والحد منها وحماية البيئة وإدارة اﻷراضي وموارد المياه، مما سيسهم في التنمية المستدامة على الصعيدين اﻹقليمي والعالمي.

The Scientific and Technical Subcommittee at its thirty-fourth session had taken note of the results of the workshops under its agenda item on the “United Nations Programme on Space Applications” (A/AC.105/672, paras. 23-37).
وأحاطت اللجنة الفرعية العلمية والتقنية في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين علما بنتائج حلقات العمل في اطار بند جدول أعمالها بشأن " برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للتطبيقات الفضائية " A/AC.105/672) ، الفقرات ٣٢ - ٧٣( .
