58. In light of its general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, the Committee urges the State party:
58- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على القيام بما يلي في ضوء تعليقها العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة:

51. The Committee recommends that the State party, in accordance with the Committee's general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities:
51- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف وفقاً لتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة بأن تقوم بما يلي:

52. The Committee urges the State party to take into account the Committee's general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities and:

279. The Committee recommends that the State party, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 9 on the rights of children with disabilities and the Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (General Assembly resolution 48/96):
279- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالقيام بما يلي مع مراعاة تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 9 بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة والقواعد الموحدة المتعلقة بتحقيق تكافؤ الفرص لذوي الإعاقة (قرار الجمعية العامة 48/96):

Furthermore, the Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to implement its legal provisions on inclusive education by training teachers, providing schools with the necessary equipment and raising awareness among school staff, children and the general public on the rights of children with disabilities, especially those with mental disabilities.

It also recommends that the State party properly target children with disabilities in youth policies, taking into account the Committee's general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities.

(d) Ensure that professionals working with children with disabilities, especially teachers, receive adequate training, in line with the Committee's general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities (CRC/C/GC/9);

41. In light of article 23 of the Convention, the Committee's general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities, the Committee recommends that the State party:
41- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالقيام بما يلي في ضوء المادة 23 من الاتفاقية، وتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة:

(d) Take into account the United Nations Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (General Assembly resolution 48/96), as well as the Committee's General comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities (CRC/C/GC/9).
(د) مراعاة قواعد الأمم المتحدة النموذجية بشأن تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص للمعوقين (قرار الجمعية العامة 48/96) وتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة (CRC/C/GC/9).

Take into account article 23 of the Convention, general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities and the United Nations Standard Rules for Equalizing the Possibilities for Persons with Disabilities (General Assembly resolution 48/96).
(ﻫ) مراعاة المادة 23 من الاتفاقية والتعليق العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وقواعـد الأمم المتحدة النموذجية بشأن تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص للمعوقين (قرار الجمعية العامة 48/96، المرفق)؛

(g) Take into account, in this regard, the United Nations Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (General Assembly resolution 48/96) and the Committee's general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities.

61. In light of art. 23 of the Convention, the Committee's general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities (CRC/C/GC/9) and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Committee recommends that the State party:
61- في ضوء المادة 23 من الاتفاقية وتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة (CRC/C/GC/9) ، واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، توصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف بما يلي:

(g) Take into account article article 23 and the Committee's general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities (CRC/C/GC/9) as well as the United Nations Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (General Assembly res.olution 48/96).
(ز) مراعاة المادة 23 وتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وكذلك قواعد الأمم المتحدة الموحدة بشأن تكافؤ الفرص للمعوقين (قرار الجمعية العامة 48/96).

Recalling its general comment No. 9 on the rights of children with disabilities (CRC/C/GC/9 and Corr.1, 2006), the Committee urges the State party to adopt a human rights-based approach to disability and specifically recommends that the State party:
50- إذ تُذكِّر اللجنة بتعليقها العام رقم 9 بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة (CRC/C/GC/9 وCorr. 1, 2006)، فإنها تحث الدولة الطرف على اعتماد نهج قائم على حقوق الإنسان في التعاطي مع الإعاقة وتوصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف خصوصاً بما يلي:

The Committee recommends that the State party urgently address the high level of discrimination against children with disabilities and take all available measures to ensure that the rights of such children are implemented in line with the Committee's general comment No. 9 (2006) on the rights of children with disabilities.
51- توصي اللجنة بأن تتصدى الدولة الطرف على وجه السرعة لارتفاع مستوى التمييز ضد الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأن تتخذ جميع التدابير المتاحة لضمان إعمال حقوق هؤلاء الأطفال وفقاً لتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 9(2006) بشأن حقوق الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة.
