On 18 June 2007 the Council adopted two resolutions: resolution 5/1, on institution-building, and resolution 5/2, on the code of conduct for Special Procedures Mandate-holders.
وفي 18 حزيران/يونيه 2007، أصدر مجلس حقوق الإنسان قرارين هما القرار 5/1 بشأن البناء المؤسسي والقرار 5/2 بشأن مدونة قواعد سلوك المكلفين بولايات بموجب الإجراءات الخاصة.

Recalling Human Rights Council resolutions 5/1, on institution-building of the Council, and 5/2, on the code of conduct for special procedures mandate holders of the Council, of 18 June 2007, and stressing that all mandate holders shall discharge their duties in accordance with these resolutions and annexes thereto,
