إن هيئة اﻷمم المتحدة لنزع السلاح، استجابة منها لطلب ورد في قرار للجمعية العامة، تجري في هذه السنة مداولاتها بشأن نقل اﻷسلحة على الصعيد الدولي بالتركيز على المسائل الموضوعية لتحديد اﻷسلحة التي تتجاوز تدابير بناء الثقة التي ذكرتها توا.

3. The Secretary-General draws attention to the guidelines for international arms transfers in the context of General Assembly resolution 46/36 H of 6 December 1991.
٣ - ويوجﱢه اﻷمين العام الاهتمام إلى المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن نقل اﻷسلحة على الصعيد الدولي في سياق قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٦/٣٦ حاء المؤرخ ٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١.

The European Union would also like to assure you once again, Sir, of its full cooperation in ensuring that the debate on nuclear disarmament is concluded and in seeing to it that work progresses on international arms transfers.

The European Union views the adoption by consensus of a set of Guidelines for international arms transfers in the context of General Assembly resolution 46/36 H as an encouraging development.
وينظر الاتحاد اﻷوروبي الى اعتماد مجموعة من المبادئ التوجيهية بتوافق اﻵراء بشأن نقل اﻷسلحة على الصعيد الدولي في سياق قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٦/٣٦ حاء على أنه خطوة مشجعة.

2. Commends the Disarmament Commission for its adoption by consensus, at its 1996 substantive session, of a set of guidelines for international arms transfers in the context of General Assembly resolution 46/36 H of 6 December 1991,Ibid., annex I. which were recommended to the Assembly for consideration;
٢ - تثنى على هيئة نزع السلاح لاعتمادها، بتوافق اﻵراء، في دورتها الموضوعية لعام ١٩٩٦، مجموعة من المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن نقل اﻷسلحة على الصعيد الدولي في سياق قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٦/٣٦ حاء المؤرخ ٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١)٥(، أوصي بأن تنظر فيها الجمعية العامة؛
