3- يجوز لكل شخص يُحتجز بموجب أحكام الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة الاتصال فوراً بأقرب ممثل مؤهل للدولة التي يحمل جنسيتها أو بممثل الدولة التي يقيم فيها إقامة اعتيادية، إذا كان الأمر يتعلق بشخص عديم الجنسية.

456. Article 6 of that law establishes the following: " Neither the marriage of a national of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a person of foreign nationality or to a stateless person nor the dissolution of such a marriage shall entail any change in the nationality of the spouse.
456 - وتنص المادة 6 من ذلك القانون على ما يلي: " لا زواج لمواطن من جمهورية أوزبكستان بشخص يحمل جنسية أجنبية أو بشخص عديم الجنسية ولا حل لعقد ذلك الزواج ينطويان على أي تغيير في جنسية الزوج.
