2. A regional economic integration organization, on matters within its competence, shall exercise its right to vote with a number of votes equal to the number of its member States that are Parties to this Convention.
2 - تمارِس أي منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي حقها في التصويت بشأن المسائل التي تدخل في نطاق اختصاصها، بإدلائها بعدد من الأصوات مساوٍ لعدد الدول الأعضاء فيها التي تكون أطرافاً في الاتفاقية.

2. For the purposes of determining a quorum for a decision to be taken on a matter within the competence of a regional economic integration organization, that organization shall be counted to the extent of the number of votes it is entitled to cast in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 23 of the Convention.
2 - لأغراض تحديد النصاب القانوني لاتخاذ قرار في مسألة تقع داخل اختصاص منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي، تدلي تلك المنظمة بعدد من الأصوات مساوٍ لعدد الأصوات التي يحق لها الإدلاء بها وفقاً للفقرة 2 من المادة 23 من الاتفاقية.
