This article provides that an offender is liable to a prison sentence not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding AWG 1000. No one was convicted of this offence in the period under review.
فهذه المادة تنص على أن الجاني يتعرض للحكم بالسجن لفترة لا تتجاوز عاما واحدا أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز 000 1 بالعملة المحلية؛ لكن لم يُدن أحد بهذه الجريمة خلال الفترة المستعرضة.

Any breach of this requirement is punished by a fine of not more than 50 Libyan dinars. If the notification or declaration contains false information, the penalty is as stipulated in the Penal Code.
ويُعاقب على مخالفة هذا الواجب بغرامة لا تتجاوز خمسين ديناراً ليبياً؛ فإذا تضمن التبليغ أو البيان معلومات غير صحيحة فإن العقوبة تكون وفقاً لما هو منصوص عليه في قانون العقوبات.
