33- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تعيد الحكومة النظر في أحكام قانون الخُلع الجديد بغية إلغاء جميع الأحكام التي تنطوي على تمييز ضد المرأة والتي تسيء إليها.

14. Calls upon all States to consider reviewing and, where necessary, revising immigration policies with a view to eliminating all discriminatory policies and practices against migrants and to provide specialized training for government policymaking and law enforcement, migration and other concerned officials, thus underlining the importance of effective action to create conditions that foster greater harmony and tolerance within societies;
14- تطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تنظر في استعراض سياسات الهجرة وكذلك، عند الضرورة، في تنقيح هذه السياسات بغية إلغاء جميع السياسات والممارسات التمييزية ضد المهاجرين، وأن تتيح تدريباً متخصصاً للمسؤولين الحكوميين عن رسم السياسات العامة وعن إنفاذ القوانين والهجرة، وغيرهم من الموظفين المعنيين، لتؤكد بذلك أهمية القيام بعمل فعال لتهيئة الظروف التي تعزز المزيد من الانسجام والتسامح في داخل المجتمعات؛

5. Also calls upon all States to consider reviewing and, where necessary, revising immigration policies with a view to eliminating all discriminatory practices against migrants and to provide specialized training for government policymaking and law enforcement, migration and other concerned officials, thus underlining the importance of effective action to create conditions that foster greater harmony and tolerance within societies;
5- تطلب أيضاً إلى جميع الدول أن تنظر في استعراض سياسات الهجرة وكذلك، عند الضرورة، في تنقيح هذه السياسات بغية إلغاء جميع الممارسات التمييزية ضد المهاجرين، وأن تتيح تدريباً متخصصاً للموظفين الحكوميين المسؤولين عن رسم السياسات العامة وعن إنفاذ القوانين والهجرة، وغيرهم من الموظفين المعنيين، لتؤكد بذلك أهمية القيام بعمل فعال لتهيئة الظروف التي تعزز المزيد من الوئام والتسامح داخل المجتمعات؛

The Committee reiterates its recommendation that the State party proceed with amending the relevant provisions of the State and entities' constitutions and the election laws, with a view to removing all discriminatory provisions and, in particular, to ensuring the equal enjoyment of the right to vote and to stand for elections by all citizens irrespective of their ethnic background.
تكرر اللجنة توصيتها بأن تبادر الدولة الطرف إلى تعديل الأحكام ذات الصلة من دستور الدولة ودساتير الكيانات وقانون الانتخابات، بغية إلغاء جميع الأحكام التمييزية، وبصفة خاصة ضمان تمتع جميع المواطنين على قدم المساواة بالحق في التصويت وفي الترشح للانتخابات بصرف النظر عن أصلهم الإثني.
