(a) A technical analysis of the biennial update reports submitted by Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention either, as a summary of parts of their national communication in the year in which the national communication is presented or as a stand-alone update report, by a team of technical experts in consultation with the Party, and will result in a summary report.
