تُصاغ وتُقدَّم بالنسبة إلى البلدان الأطراف النامية التي تُظهر ظروفها الوطنية قدراً أكبر من المسؤولية أو القدرات، وذلك بوصفها استراتيجيات منخفضة الانبعاثات لإجراء تخفيضات صافية في الانبعاثات في الأجل الطويل بحلول عام 2050، بما يتوافق مع مستويات الطموح اللازمة للإسهام في بلوغ الهدف النهائي للاتفاقية.

The AWG initiated work on the analysis of means that may be available to Annex I Parties to reach their emission reduction targets and identification of ways to enhance their effectiveness and their contribution to sustainable development and to the ultimate objective of the Convention as set out in its Article 2.
16- واستهل الفريق العامل المخصص عمله المتعلق بتحليل الوسائل التي قد تكون متاحة للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول لبلوغ أهدافها فيما يتعلق بخفض الانبعاثات وتحديد طرق زيادة فعاليتها ومساهمتها في التنمية المستدامة وفي بلوغ الهدف النهائي للاتفاقية على النحو المبين في المادة 2 منها.

The AWG-KP continued its work on means that may be available to Annex I Parties to reach their emission reduction targets, and on identification of ways to enhance their effectiveness and their contribution to sustainable development and to the ultimate objective of the Convention as set out in its Article 2.
11- واصل الفريق العامل المخصص أعماله بشأن السبل التي قد تكون متاحة للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول لبلوغ أهدافها المتصلة بخفض الانبعاثات وتحديد طرق زيادة فعاليتها ومساهمتها في التنمية المستدامة، وفي بلوغ الهدف النهائي للاتفاقية على النحو المبين في المادة 2 منها.

On the basis of this consideration, the AWG may wish to initiate discussions on the identification of possible ranges of emission reductions by Annex I Parties and on the analysis of their contribution to the ultimate objective of the Convention as referred to in paragraph 7 (b) above.
وبناء على هذا النظر، قد يرغب الفريق العامل المخصص في بدء مناقشات بشأن تحديد النطاقات الممكنة لعمليات خفض الانبعاثات التي تقوم بها الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول وبشأن تحليل إسهامها في بلوغ الهدف النهائي للاتفاقية كما هو مشار إليه في الفقرة 7(ب) أعلاه.
