83. In its resolution 2001/5, the Commission on Human Rights encourages all States and other entities, including intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations, to contribute generously to the host country trust fund established in the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to finance the activities of the World Conference.
83 - وتشجع لجنة حقوق الإنسان، في قرارها 2001/5، جميع الدول وغيرها من الكيانات، بما فيها المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية، على التبرع بسخاء للصندوق الاستئماني للبلد المضيف الذي أُنشئ في مفوضية حقوق الإنسان بغرض تمويل أنشطة المؤتمر العالمي.

8. On several occasions the General Assembly and the COP encouraged country Parties and observers, including intergovernmental organizations (IGOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and United Nations agencies, to celebrate the IYDD worldwide.

Governments and donor countries, including intergovernmental organizations and international financial institutions, should ensure that non-governmental organizations and their networks are able to maintain their autonomy and strengthen their capacity through regular dialogue and consultations, appropriate training and outreach activities, and thus play a greater partnership role at all levels.
١٥-١١ وينبغي أن تكفل الحكومات والبلدان المانحة، بما فيها المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمؤسسات المالية الدولية، تمكين المنظمات غير الحكومية وشبكاتها من الحفاظ على استقلاليتها وتعزيز قدرتها عن طريق الحوار والمشاورات المنتظمة، والتدريب الملائم وأنشطة التوعية، وأن تضطلع بالتالي بدور أكبر في المشاركة على جميع المستويات.

In this regard, international and national actors, including intergovernmental organizations, international financial institutions, bilateral aid agencies, multinational companies and non-governmental organizations, can offer support, such as technical expertise or financial resources, to facilitate the transfer and deployment of environmentally sound technologies in developing countries.
وفي هذا الصدد، فإن الجهات الفاعلة الدولية والوطنية، بما فيها المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمؤسسات المالية الدولية ووكالات المعونة الثنائية والشركات المتعدّدة الجنسيات والمنظمات غير الحكومية، يمكنها أن تقدّم الدعم، من قبيل الخبرة التقنية أو الموارد المالية، بغية تسهيل نقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئياً ونشرها في البلدان النامية.

50. Encourages all States and other entities, including intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations, to contribute generously to the host country trust fund established in the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to finance the activities of the World Conference, to be held in Durban, South Africa, from 31 August to 7 September 2001;
