In paragraph 18 of its resolution 7/9, the Human Rights Council invited the Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission for Social Development to continue cooperating with the Human Rights Council and to address the Council on activities undertaken pursuant to his/her mandate, in accordance with its programme of work.

12. Encourages the Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission for Social Development to collaborate, as appropriate, with all relevant stakeholders, including special procedure mandate holders of the Human Rights Council, in accordance with his or her mandate;

In conjunction with the Conference of Ministers of Social Development, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission for Social Development organized a multi-stakeholder consultative meeting in Addis Ababa in November 2012.

In the preparation of the study, consultations were held with the Special Rapporteur on violence against women, its causes and consequences, the Special Rapporteur on disability of the Commission for Social Development of the Economic and Social Council the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women and the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
2- وأثناء إعداد الدراسة، أُجريت مشاورات مع المقررة الخاصة المعنية بالعنف ضد المرأة وأسبابه وعواقبه والمقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة الإعاقة التابع للجنة التنمية الاجتماعية للمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، واللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة، واللجنة المعنية بحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
