With regard to the period beyond 31 July 1995, I have been authorized, on a provisional basis, to enter into commitments at a monthly rate not to exceed $21,202,240 gross ($20,840,040 net) for the three-month period from 1 August to 31 October 1995 in connection with the maintenance of the Mission.

47. The General Assembly, by its resolution 49/227 B of 20 July 1995, authorized me to enter into commitments at a monthly rate not to exceed US$ 13.9 million gross for the maintenance of UNAVEM III from 9 August to 31 December 1995.
٤٧ - أذنت لي الجمعية العامة بقرارها ٤٩/٢٢٧ باء، المؤرخ ٢٠ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥، بالدخول في التزامات بمعدل شهري لا يتجاوز اجماليه ١٣,٩ مليون دولار من أجل اﻹبقاء على بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة الثالثة للتحقق في أنغولا في الفترة من ٩ آب/أغسطس إلى ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥.

With respect to the period after 1 April 1994, the Advisory Committee recommended that the Secretary-General be authorized to enter into commitments at a monthly rate not exceeding $4,359,100 (para. 40).

21. By its resolution 49/247 of 20 July 1995, the General Assembly authorized me to enter into commitments for the operation of the Mission for the period after 30 September 1995 at a monthly rate not to exceed US$ 5,592,500 gross, subject to the extension of the mandate of MINURSO by the Security Council.
٢١ - أذنت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٩/٢٤٧ المؤرخ ٢٠ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥، بالدخول في التزامات لتشغيل البعثة لفترة ما بعد ٣٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥ بمعدل شهري لا يتجاوز ٥٠٠ ٥٩٢ ٥ دولارا من دولارات الولايات المتحدة، رهنا بتمديد مجلس اﻷمن لولاية البعثة.

The General Assembly, by its resolution 49/231, decided to authorize the Secretary-General to enter into commitments at a monthly rate not to exceed that amount; the Advisory Committee was informed that financing for the period from 14 January to 13 July 1995 was based on the authorized level.

The General Assembly, in its resolution 48/248 of 5 April 1994, authorized me to enter into commitments at a monthly rate not to exceed $9,082,600 gross per month for the period from 5 April to 31 October 1994, for the maintenance of both operations.

In the meantime, it is therefore proposed that the General Assembly authorize commitment authority for the period beyond 30 November 1995 at a monthly rate not to exceed $115,373,000 gross ($113,866,300 net), including the rapid reaction capacity, should the Security Council decide to continue the mandate beyond that date.

2. The General Assembly, by its resolution 49/231 A of 23 December 1994, authorized the Secretary-General to enter into commitments for a six-month period, commencing on 14 January 1995, at a monthly rate not to exceed $1,720,034 gross ($1,617,034 net) in connection with the operation of UNOMIG.
٢ - وأذنت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٩/٢٣١ ألف المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، لﻷمين العام بالدخول في التزامات لفترة ستة أشهر، ابتداء من ١٤ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٥، بمعدل شهري لا يتجاوز إجماليه ٠٣٤ ٧٢٠ ١ دولارا )صافيـه ٠٣٤ ٦١٧ ١ دولارا( فيما يتعلـق بتشغيل بعثة المراقبين.

40. In its resolution 49/247 of 20 July 1995, the General Assembly authorized me to enter into commitments for the operation of MINURSO for the period after 30 September 1995 at a monthly rate not to exceed $5,592,500 gross ($5,096,100 net), subject to the extension of the Mission by the Security Council beyond 30 September.

Decides also to authorize the Secretary-General to enter into commitments for the liquidation of the combined Forces and the provision of common support for the three-month period from 1 July to 30 September 1996 at a monthly rate not to exceed 6,231,150 dollars gross (5,787,200 dollars net), inclusive of the amount of 99,400 dollars for the support account for peace-keeping operations;

Mr. TAKASU (Controller) said that the General Assembly, in its resolution 49/247, had authorized the Secretary-General to enter into commitments with respect to MINURSO at a monthly rate not to exceed $5.59 million and to assess that amount on Member States subject to extension of the mandate.

For the period beyond 31 May 1995, should the Security Council renew the mandate of UNDOF, the Advisory Committee recommends that the General Assembly authorize the Secretary-General to enter into commitments at a monthly rate not exceeding $2,677,583 gross ($2,594,000 net) per month for the maintenance of the Force.
وبالنسبة لفترة ما بعد ٣١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٥، وإذا جدد مجلس اﻷمن ولاية القوة، توصي اللجنة الاستشارية بأن تأذن الجمعية العامة لﻷمين العام بالدخول في التزامات بمعدل شهري لا يتجاوز مبلغا إجماليه ٥٨٣ ٦٧٧ ٢ دولارا )صافيه ٠٠٠ ٤٩٥ ٢ دولار( في الشهر لاستمرار القوة.

وبالنسبة للفترة التي تلي ٣١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٥، وفي حالة تجديد مجلس اﻷمن لولاية قوة اﻷمم المتحدة لمراقبة فض الاشتباك، توصي اللجنة الاستشارية بأن تأذن الجمعية العامة لﻷمين العام بالدخول في التزامات بمعدل شهري لا يتجاوز مبلغا إجماليه ٥٨٣ ٦٧٧ ٢ دولار )صافيه ٠٠٠ ٥٩٤ ٢ دولار( في الشهر لاستمرار القوة.

The Advisory Committee recommends that the Secretary-General be authorized to enter into commitments for the maintenance of the Mission at a rate not to exceed $3.4 million per month for the period from 1 August to 30 September 1994, the said amount to be utilized from the $6.8 million of the unencumbered balance of appropriation projected at 31 July 1994.
وتوصي اللجنة الاستشارية بأن يؤذن لﻷمين العام بالدخول في التزامات لﻹبقاء على البعثة بمعدل شهري لا يتجاوز ٣,٤ مليون دولار للفترة من ١ آب/أغسطس الى ٣٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤، على أن يستخدم المبلغ المذكور من الرصيد المسقط غير المرتبط به المتبقي من الاعتماد، وقدره ٦,٨ مليون دولار، في ٣١ تموز/ يوليه ١٩٩٤.
